	You are a native fluent speaker of English
	You have a Bachelors degree
	You have a formal TEFL/TESL qualification
	You have teaching experience
	Academic Coordinators should have an MA and three years experience in the field
	You have had a stable employment background
	You are NOT traveling the world
	You have good references
	You have NOT been convicted of a serious criminal offence

School Managers & Assistant School Managers
	You can read and write Chinese and English competently
	You have at least five GSCE”S or O levels
	You have had a stable employment background
	You have NOT been convicted of a serious criminal offence
	You have good references
