If you are flying in from overseas to take the job, initial temporary accommodation will be provided for you for 23 months until you find a more permanent base. During this time, you will need to pay a small monthly accommodation charge to the Company.

We offer an extremely comprehensive but short initial training programme. During this period you will be furnished with the necessary knowledge and skills to begin your job competently and confidently. Thereafter, you will receive on the job training and may be required to take refresher training courses on a periodic basis. Candidates taking jobs in school management will be appointed a mentor and will work closely with the mentor. All new teachers receive an intensive orientation and training programme which focuses on our teaching system (which due to its design allows a teacher to begin teaching competently very quickly) addresses classroom management and the teachers' needs both in and outside of the classroom. All of our teacher trainers are experienced teachers and familiar with EFL/TOEFL teaching methods and our teaching system.
