Our Student Care System ensures that our students are carefully monitored & details of their achievements are regularly reported to parents.

Your experience of our Care System begins with an assessment that will find the best starting point for your child. During the first few months, our Academic Director will contact you regularly to tell you how your child is progressing. After each lesson, you will be able to listen to an MP3/audio recording & review the workbook your child actually used in the lesson.

Following each lesson, your child’s teacher will write a detailed internal report. This will be summarised in a Monthly Parent Report that will then be sent home for you to read. In addition, our Academic Staff will conduct regular in-class evaluations of your child throughout the year.

Near the end of the academic year, you will receive an Annual Report that details your child’s improvement. You will also be invited to meet with our Academic Directors to discuss the progress of your son or daughter. You child will then receive a Ready To Learn Certificate which shows your child has met recognised standards of English language performance.
